I lost 30 pounds with Ideal Protein though the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Pasadena. Initially my goal weight loss was 20 pounds but after seeing how effective and easy this program was, I continued on to lose an extra 10 pounds! I would definitely recommend this program to anyone with weight to lose.
